Recipe Development

Being creative in the kitchen is where it all started for me. I have a breadth of knowledge and experience using plant-based ingredients to create modern recipes, amazing flavor, and of course optimal health benefits.

Product Development

Much of what I’ve learned as a chef translates to product creation – especially when it comes to using plant-based ingredients. I’ve helped a number of brands create their offerings from the ground up.

Menu Development

Working in the restaurant industry for many years has given me valuable insight on what works. Creativity is a huge part of succeeding when it comes to your menu (and the same goes for your drink offerings)!
