Most of us have a general idea of what to do to improve our health, but have a variety of difficulties getting there. Health coaches are trained in habit formation, motivation, and accountability. We'll work together to construct a sustainable wellness plan that works for you and fits within your lifestyle.

Health coaches focus on behavior change, habit-building, and whole-person support. Nutritionists are trained to provide detailed dietary plans, diagnose nutritional deficiencies, and manage clinical concerns, but don't necessarily take into account your life/lifestyle and the details that go into implementing these improvements.

I am a Duke Certified Health and Well-Being Coach. Duke's program is rooted in whole-person care, emphasizing health promotion, disease prevention, and empowering individuals to lead healthier lives. The program integrates principles of neuroscience to support sustainable behavior change, emotional regulation, and resilience.

And last but not least, if you have found me online and are familiar with my books you may wonder if this work has a vegan or vegetarian approach. It does not. While I am supportive and knowledgeable about a variety of dietary preferences, I do not adhere to any specific approach for my coaching work.
